The years before age five are a precious time in your child’s life. So much information is being assimilated at an incredible rate, through activities that seem so simple — like free playtime. The value of sitting down with your child and just reading a picture book together each day is huge. Use this list of letter T books for preschool to introduce your child to the shape and sound of T while enjoying quality time together.
Pick and choose a few of these books as they fit your child’s interests or new areas you’d like to explore together. As you read each book, point to the letter T in the keywords of the title and emphasize the sound of the letter T at the beginning of each significant T-word. You can also point to the words as you read to help your child practice left-to-right tracking and start noticing the different letters and words on the page.
Use this list to find the perfect book to read when you complete our Uppercase Letter T Craft.

A perfect selection of books to go along with our Lowercase Letter T Craft, which involves turning the letter T into a tree.
